RoadRunner Retro LLC provides professional retroreflectivity data collection services for pavement markings, including mobile and handheld data collection, compliance assessments, and related consulting. The data portal provides clients with secure access to their project data and reports.
3. Account and Access
Access to the data portal is granted by invitation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Use of Data
Data provided through our portal and services is confidential and intended solely for the authorized client. You may not share, redistribute, or use the data for purposes other than those agreed upon without our written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
RoadRunner Retro LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Michigan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, and you consent to that venue. Where a separate signed services agreement applies, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
